Our focus is in bringing local market expertise and national exposure to owners of middle market assets.

Our team has handled over a billion dollars in Investment Property Brokerage, Commercial Real Estate Finance and Property Development. Unwinding the nuances of local markets and credible property underwriting allows us to add value to secondary market properties through discreet exposure to Regional and National Markets.

While we typically specialize in the representation of Sellers, Buyers of Investment Properties respond favorably to Property Offerings that have been professionally underwriten and offered by sincere Sellers. Motivated Buyers have little time to waste on confusing or uncertain Investment Property Offerings.

Richard T. Jebb Jr. Managing Broker. Mr. Jebb has over 30 years of professional experience including positions with: The Institute of Science and Public Affairs, Balcor American Express, Buehler Brothers Inc. and Marcus and Millichap. He holds advanced degrees in Business Administration and Urban Planning from The University of Chicago-GSB and Florida State University.
